Vegan Winter Comfort Foods Part 3: Meatless Pot Roast

Part of the 3 part series for Vegan Winter Comfort Foods, this class will teach you how to make a comforting Meatless Roast that you or your family will love.


WHAT TO EXPECT

During this 1 hour class, we’ll be cooking together to prepare to start this dish. Once it’s ready to go to the oven, due to the length of roasting, I’ll have one pre-made to show you how it should come out. We’ll start with mise en place, show you a new technique to turn veggies into the text your want, and get the roast going.


SUPPLY LIST

I want you to cook along with me, so to be prepared make sure you have the ingredients from the recipe page. Note jackfruit may be hard to get. I have a lot of luck with Whole foods.

Aside from the food, you’ll be expected to have the following:
